Dr. Vitra Gosine actively practices as a U.S. Board Certified Endocrinologist at The Center for Integrative & Functional Endocrinology (CIFE) in Pembroke Pines Florida. She specializes in Integrative and Functional Endocrinology and combines advanced medical science, integrative medicine, and intensive holistic lifestyle modification, in the clinical management and treatment of endocrine disorders. As a prominent Physician and Endocrinologist, she is committed to a more meaningful human experience in the care of her patients.

Dr. Gosine holds U.S. Board Certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. She was elected Fellow of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (F.A.C.E.) and elected Fellow of the American College of Physicians (F.A.C.P.). She is an active member of five U.S. Medical Associations: The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE), The American College of Physicians (ACP), The Endocrine Society (ES), The American Medical Association (AMA), and The American Diabetes Association (ADA).

She currently holds hospital privileges with the Memorial Healthcare System in South Florida.

Dr. Gosine has over 20 years of combined clinical experience in academic medical institutions, community and private practice. Dr. Gosine previously held the title of “Medical Ombudsman” as an External Independent Reviewer in the provision of medical care to patients according to U.S. National Guidelines. Dr. Gosine holds the prestigious title of “America’s Top Physicians in Endocrinology” for many years consecutively.

She specializes in the treatment of Endocrine Hormonal Disorders, Diabetes, Thyroid Cancers, Metabolic Syndrome, PCOS, Thyroid, Parathyroid, Pituitary, and Adrenal disorders, Osteoporosis, Weight abnormalities, and Endocrine Cancers. Dr. Gosine is highly specialized and experienced in ultrasound guided thyroid biopsies, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and insulin pumps, using cutting edge technology. She has extensive experience as a co-investigator in clinical pharmaceutical trials in the development of breakthrough medical therapies for Endocrine diseases.

Dr. Vitra Gosine completed her medical training (M.D. degree, Internal Medicine Residency, Post Doctoral Endocrinology Research Fellowship and Endocrinology Fellowship) at The University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa Florida.
